The Graduate School website states that Behavioral Science students have to submit a Letter of intent and a CV upon registration. Is there a specific format for these documents (length, content, etc.)?

There is no particular format for resume and letter of intent. The letter should include a short discription of your academic background focusing on the motives for enrolling in the program at the Technion. Be brief, the length should not exceed one page.
