Is it possible to request changes after the change period has ended?

No further changes, including additions, cancellations, or leaves of absence, will be made after the change period has ended, except in exceptional cases and with the approval of the Dean of Certification Studies.

A student who finds themselves in an exceptional situation is invited to contact the Associate Dean of Certification Studies in the faculty for consultation and, if necessary, to submit a request for a change to their study program.
A student who has been on reserve duty is entitled to consideration in accordance with the regulations outlined in the catalog.
